Polished Blue Lace Agate from Namibia
Two beautifully polished finest grade blue lace agate stones from the Ysterputs mine in southern Namibia.
Ysterputs was the original mine where blue lace agate was first discovered. It's now closed and has been for some years.
Small amounts of blue lace agate can be found in Malawi and Zambia but the quality is rarely the same.
These exceptionally tactile stones are both slightly translucent. The stone on the left has a distinctive inclusion of some kind which makes it even more unique.
