Paying for goods online. Payment options 

 

 

Accepted Methods of Payment


Payment can be made through your own online banking service. Our account number and sort code will be provided at checkout.  Alternatively you can pay through PayPal.  This service can be used whether you have a PayPal account or not.

If you do not have an account follow the link on the payment page to checkout as a guest.

To comply with PayPal's Seller's Protection Policy (see "Basic requirements" bullet point 4) goods purchased online from Stone Mania will only be sent to the address registered with PayPal.  If you wish goods to be delivered to an alternative address payment must be made through online banking.

We are not able to process payments over the telephone but are happy to take your order in this way.  We will then send you a PayPal invoice with a link to enable you to make your payment.

 

Returns and Refunds


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned for a full refund.

Goods up to the value of £150 must be received by Stone Mania within thirty days of the date they were purchased.  Goods in excess of £150 must be received within fourteen days.

You are liable for any return postage fees and for ensuring goods are received back in the same condition in which they were sent. 

If payment was made by PayPal the refund will be processed as soon as we have received and inspected the returned items.  If you do not have a PayPal account and just used the service to pay for your order, the refund will go straight to your credit/debit card.

If payment was made by bank transfer we will will need your account number and sort code in order to process the refund.  These details are not visible to us on the payment transaction.
