Making Payment

Payment for products purchased on the Stone Mania website can be made through PayPal or a bank transfer through your own online banking service. Our account number and sort code will be provided at checkout. 

Alternatively, call us and we can take payment over the telephone.

You don't need an account to use PayPal's services. They simply process the payment on behalf of your bank or credit card company.

If you do not have a PayPal account, follow the link on the payment page to check out as a guest.

To comply with PayPal's Seller's Protection Policy (see "Basic requirements" bullet point 4), products purchased online from Stone Mania can only be sent to the address registered with PayPal. If you would like your parcel to be delivered to a different address, payment must be made through online banking.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for a full refund.

Goods up to the value of £150 must be received by Stone Mania within thirty days of the date they were purchased. Goods in excess of £150 must be received within fourteen days.

You are liable for any return postage fees and for ensuring goods are returned in the same condition in which they were sent. 

If you paid for your order through PayPal, the refund will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect the returned items. If you do not have a PayPal account and just used the service to pay for your order, the refund will go straight to your credit/debit card.

If payment was made by bank transfer, we will need your account number and sort code to process the refund. We do not receive these details with the payment transaction.
