We offer worldwide shipping and a wide variety of services. Orders over £80 are eligible for free delivery within the United Kingdom.
If an order that included postage is returned, your refund will be reduced by the postage we paid.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of being received. Our website has a minimum order value of £10.

Delivery within the United Kingdom
Most of our orders are sent as a 'Large Letter' or 'Small Parcel'. The thickness of the package for a 'Large Letter' must not exceed 2.5 centimetres. This is strictly enforced by Royal Mail.
Classes of Service and Prices
As an online retailer of crystals, rocks, and minerals, we offer the widest range of delivery services. All options and prices show during checkout.
If you choose Royal Mail Standard 1st or 2nd Class, your parcel is not tracked. Although we have no way of tracking its journey, we often, but not always, receive confirmation once it has been delivered.
If a parcel becomes lost, we will submit a claim to Royal Mail. This can only be done ten days after it was posted.
We also offer services with DPD. Full details are lower down this page.
Royal Mail | Standard 1st Class
Aims to deliver next working day, but not guaranteed. No tracking. Compensation up to £20 if the parcel does not arrive.
Royal Mail | Standard 2nd Class
Aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days. No tracking. Compensation up to £20 if the parcel does not arrive.
Royal Mail | 1st Class Signature Upon Delivery
Aims for next-day delivery, but not guaranteed. Signature requested from the recipient. Online delivery confirmation. Compensation up to £50 if the parcel does not arrive (excludes jewellery).
Royal Mail | 2nd Class Signature Upon Delivery
Aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days. Signature requested from the recipient. Online delivery confirmation. Compensation up to £50 if the parcel does not arrive (excludes jewellery).
Royal Mail | Tracked 24/48
The aim of Tracked 24 is for next-day delivery. However, we know from experience that this target is not always met. Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days, but it often takes longer.
The benefit of these services is that your parcel is fully tracked. A photograph is taken when the parcel is delivered.
Tracked 24/48 is available with or without signature confirmation. Compensation up to £75 if the parcel does not arrive.
No compensation is offered for delivery delays.
Royal Mail | Special Delivery Service
This is the only guaranteed next-day delivery service. Parcel delivered by 1 pm or your money back.
Fully tracked, signature requested upon delivery, compensation up to £750 if the parcel does not arrive.
DPD Next Day Delivery
Orders received before midday (excluding Saturday and Sunday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received any later will be dispatched the next day.
DPD aim for next-day delivery, Monday to Saturday. Although they have an excellent record, it's not guaranteed.
If a parcel is not delivered the next day, no compensation is offered. The only guaranteed next-day service is Royal Mail Special Delivery.
DPD is a fully tracked service with a proof-of-delivery photo as standard.
The recipient can change the delivery day or nominate a safe place or neighbour to receive the parcel. This is done from the email you receive from DPD.
Items are covered for loss and damage up to £50 as standard. Additional insurance is available if required.
Delivery Outside of the United Kingdom
If you are shopping from an EU member state, please read this article before proceeding with your order. The UK is no longer part of the EU.
We cannot include postage prices for countries outside the UK because they vary greatly. Prices and services will appear during checkout.
We offer the following international postal services:
International Economy
International Economy is a competitively priced delivery service suitable for those not in a hurry to receive their parcel. Delivery times vary but can be considerably longer. Compensation up to £20 should the parcel not be delivered. It is not tracked at any stage of its journey.
International Standard
Royal Mail International Standard is a non-tracked 1st Class service. Compensation up to £20 should the parcel not be delivered.
International Signed
This service is no longer offered by Royal Mail; the only exception is for documents.
International Tracked
International Tracked offers full tracking from drop-off to delivery. Compensation up to £50 or £250 should the parcel not arrive.
International Tracked and Signed
This service is only available in certain destinations.
If a parcel does not arrive, we will submit a claim to Royal Mail, but this can only be done 25 days after the day it was posted.
