We offer worldwide shipping and have a wide variety of services to choose from. Orders over £80 are eligible for free delivery within the United Kingdom with Royal Mail.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of being received.
Although we offer delivery services with Evri (previously Hermes), past experience has shown the standard of service is generally very poor. The after sales service should a parcel not be delivered is non existent. For this reason we do not endorse using this service.
Delivery to Countries within the EU
With the United Kingdom no longer being within the EU, local VAT plus a handling charge will apply on deliveries to all EU countries. Handling charges can vary greatly from one member state to another. Delivery times can also be slow.

Delivery Within the United Kingdom
With Royal Mail most of our orders are sent as a 'Small Parcel'. This is because for a parcel to be sent as a 'Large Letter' the total thickness must not exceed 2.5 centimetres.
A padded envelope with contents that are well wrapped often exceeds this width.
Classes of Service and Prices
We offer the widest choice of delivery services. You can make your selection during checkout.
If you choose Standard 1st or 2nd Class there is no facility to track your parcel should it be delayed or become lost. We can only provide proof of postage.
Should the parcel become lost we will submit a claim to Royal Mail. This can only be done 10 days after the parcel was posted.
Due to the difficulties with making a claim for loss through Evri, you will be responsible for making any such claim should it become necessary.
Aims to deliver next working day but not guaranteed. No tracking, compensation up to £20 should the parcel not arrive.
Aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days, no tracking, compensation up to £20 should the parcel not arrive.
Aims for next day delivery but not guaranteed. Signature requested from recipient, online delivery confirmation. Compensation up to £50 should the parcel not arrive (excludes jewellery).
Aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days, signature requested from recipient, online delivery confirmation. Compensation up to £50 should the parcel not arrive (excludes jewellery).
Tracked 24 "aims" for next day delivery. We know from experience this target is not always met. Tracked 48 "aims to deliver" within 2 to 3 working days but can take longer.
This service includes full online tracking. You will receive tracking details by e-mail from Royal Mail.
Tracked 24/48 is available with or without signature confirmation. Compensation up to £150 should the parcel not arrive.
No compensation is offered for delayed delivery.
This is the only guaranteed next day delivery service. Parcel delivered by 1pm or your money back.
Fully tracked, signature requested upon delivery, compensation up to £500 should the parcel not arrive.
Aims to deliver in 2 to 4 days. Please advise us if you'd like the parcel to be left somewhere discreet or with a neighbour. Insurance up to £20 although making a successful claim in our experience is laborious and often unsuccessful. Evri used to be known as Hermes.

Aims to deliver in 2 to 4 days. For signature confirmation add £1 to the prices in the grid below. We have never used this service so cannot comment on its efficiency.
Delivery Outside of the United Kingdom
It's not possible for us to include postage prices for countries outside of the UK because they vary greatly. Prices and services will appear during checkout.
We offer the following services;
International Economy is a competitively priced delivery service suitable for those who are not in a hurry for their parcel. Delivery times vary but tend to be considerably longer. With that said, some parcels that we've sent using this service have arrived relatively quickly. Compensation up to £20 should the parcel not be delivered. It is not tracked at any stage of its journey.
Royal Mail International Standard is a non tracked 1st Class service. Compensation up to £20 should the parcel not be delivered.
International Signed offers tracking whilst the parcel is in the UK. Upon delivery a signature will be requested to confirm delivery. Compensation up to £50 or £250 should it not be delivered.
International Tracked offers full tracking from drop-off to delivery. Compensation up to £50 or £250 should it not be delivered.
This service offers full tracking from drop-off to delivery. A signature will be requested upon delivery. Compensation up to £50 or £250 should the parcel not arrive.
Should a parcel that has been sent to a destination outside of the UK not arrive, we will submit a claim to Royal Mail. This can only be done 25 days after the parcel was posted.
