We offer worldwide shipping and have a wide variety of services to choose from. Orders over £100 are eligible for free 1st class signature confirmation delivery with Royal Mail. This is only applicable for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of being received.
Although we offer delivery services with Evri (previously Hermes), past experience has shown their standard of service is shocking. Their after sales service should a parcel not be delivered is non existent. For this reason our preferred carrier is Royal Mail.
Many companies who trade online offer free shipping, some on relatively low order values. Where free shipping is offered the retailer has to recoup that expense and it's usually on the price of the product. Being in business is about making a profit and with postal prices starting at almost £4 for "Standard 1st Class" postage for a "Small Parcel", we're not able to absorb that expense, especially on lower value orders.
As a relatively small company we don't have huge overheads which means our profit margins can be smaller. That enables us to keep our prices competitive but prevents us from being able to offer free postage on orders less than £100.
The price of shipping is calculated according to the package size and weight. Should you be charged more for postage during checkout that we end up paying, we will always refund any difference.
With the United Kingdom not being a member of the European Union, customs and handling charges may apply for delivery to certain destinations. We are not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may be due on your order. Any such fees will be requested locally prior to delivery of your parcel. Delivery may be delayed should the parcel be held up in customs.

Delivery Within the United Kingdom
With Royal Mail most our orders are sent as a 'Small Parcel'. This is because for a parcel to be sent as a 'Large Letter' the total thickness must not exceed 2.5 centimetres. A padded envelope with contents inside that are well wrapped often exceed this width.
Should it be possible to send your order as a 'Large Letter' instead of a 'Small Parcel' the difference in postage will be refunded.
Classes of Service and Prices
We offer a wide choice of delivery services all of which will appear during checkout. If you choose the standard 1st or 2nd Class service there is no facility to track your parcel should it be delayed or become lost. We can only provide proof of postage.
Should the parcel become lost we will submit a claim to Royal Mail. This can only be done 10 days after the parcel was posted.
Due to the difficulties with making a claim for loss through Evri, you will be responsible for making any such claim.

Aims to deliver in 2 to 4 days. Please advise us if you'd like the parcel to be left somewhere discreet or with a neighbour. Insurance up to £20 although making a successful claim in our experience is laborious and usually unsuccessful. Evri used to be known as Hermes.

Delivery Outside of the United Kingdom
We use Royal Mail in the United Kingdom for all worldwide deliveries. It's not possible for us to include prices because they vary considerably depending on the country of delivery. A full list of prices and services available will appear during checkout.

Royal Mail International Standard is a non tracked 1st Class service. Compensation up to £20 should the parcel not be delivered.
International Signed offers tracking only whilst the parcel is in the UK. Upon delivery a signature will be requested to confirm delivery. Compensation up to £50 should the parcel not be delivered. International Economy is a competitively priced delivery service suitable for those who are not in a hurry for their parcel. Delivery times are considerably longer. Compensation up to £20 should your parcel not be delivered
Should your parcel not be delivered we will submit a claim to Royal Mail. This can only be done 25 days after the parcel was posted.
