2 Service Providers 7 Classes of Service
We appreciate the importance of giving customers a choice so offer several delivery options. Choose 1st or 2nd class with Royal Mail or for extra security add signature confirmation.
We also offer delivery through Hermes either with or without a signature.
Should you be charged more for postage during checkout than we end up paying which may occasionally happen, any significant difference will be refunded.
Orders are usually dispatched within a couple of hours of being received.
Although we offer delivery services with Hermes, past experience has shown their standard of service is unreliable and the after sales service is very poor. We therefore do not endorse using them but the choice is yours. We appreciate there are significant savings to be had on larger or heavier parcels.
The prices displayed on our website are for delivery within mainland UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland only. Prices for delivery outside of these areas will be displayed during checkout. Prices are taken directly from the websites of Royal Mail and Hermes.

Royal Mail offer a competitively priced 'economy delivery' service for 'small parcels' to certain countries but delivery times are much longer than their 'standard service'. If you're not in a hurry and want to save on postage this service is ideal. Further details are available on Royal Mail's price finder tool.
Even though an item you have purchased may be small it will usually still have to be sent as a 'small parcel' as opposed to a 'large letter'. With Royal Mail for an item to be sent as a 'large letter' the thickness of the package must not exceed 2.5 centimetres. A padded envelope with contents inside that are wrapped for protection will normally exceed this width.
Should it be possible to send an item as a 'large letter' instead of a 'small parcel' the difference in postage will be refunded.
Classes of Service and Prices
The following 7 delivery services will be offered during checkout. If you choose Royal Mail Standard 1st or 2nd Class we have no means of tracking the parcel should it be delayed or become lost.
In the unlikely event that a parcel becomes lost we will submit a claim to Royal Mail. This can only be done ten days after the item was posted.
Due to the difficulties with making a claim for loss through Hermes, you will be responsible for making any such claim.

Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm or your money back. Fully tracked, signature required upon delivery, compensation up to £500
Aims to deliver in 2 to 4 days. Drivers tend to leave parcels even when nobody's home. Please advise us if you'd like the parcel to be left somewhere discreet or with a neighbour. Insurance up to £20 although making a successful claim in our experience is laborious and often unsuccessful.
Hermes | Signature Confirmation
Aims to deliver in 2 to 4 days. For signature confirmation add £1 to the prices in the grid below. We have never used this service so cannot comment on its efficiency.
