Blue Apatite Tumbled Stones - Larger Sizes
These large blue apatite crystals are from Brazil. They're medium-grade tumbled stones that have been lightly polished to retain the ruggedness of the raw material.
Some have a distinctive scent similar to crayons, which I was informed comes from the paraffin wax used for polishing. The same wax is used in crayons.
The size of these blue apatite stones varies from piece to piece, but they're generally large to extra large.
Having only been lightly polished, many have natural imperfections.
