Black Obsidian Crystal Wands
Highly polished crystal wands cut from black obsidian, with rounded ends and a smooth, glassy finish.
Obsidian is volcanic glass, formed when lava rich in silica cools too quickly for crystals to form. Its deep black colour comes mainly from fine inclusions of iron oxides and magnetite scattered through the glass.
In crystal healing, black obsidian is used for grounding and protection, and for releasing negative emotions.
These wands curve gently upwards at one end and downwards at the other, giving them a subtle S-shaped profile.
They're exceptionally tactile, making them ideal for crystal healing, but are also attractive as ornamental pieces.
