Blue Agate Crystals - Larger Sizes
Beautifully polished blue agate crystals from Botswana. This stone is often sold under the trade name Blue Storm Agate and is sometimes incorrectly described as a variety of blue lace agate.
Blue lace agate comes primarily from Namibia, with smaller deposits in a few neighbouring African countries. Its colour is almost identical to blue agate, but the lace-like banding tends to be far more distinctive.
Although both are types of chalcedony, blue agate is far more common.
These AAA-grade blue agate crystals boast excellent colour, and being finely polished, they're incredibly tactile.
They're a larger-sized tumbled stone, but having been shaped and polished in a rock tumbler, size can vary from piece to piece.
