Rhodonite Crystals from Pakistan

Fine grade rhodonite crystals with rich pink colour and the smoothest texture.  The distinctive black markings which are fairly common in rhodonite are caused by manganese oxides.  

When used for its metaphysical properties rhodonite is suited to those in a new or long term relationship.  Associated with the heart chakra, the energy of this crystal focuses on love and compassion.  It calms anxiety, boosts confidence and promotes truth and happiness.

Rhodonite has a strong connection to forgiveness and encourages unselfish behaviour.  Due to its soothing and calming energies it's often used to achieve a deeper state during meditation.

The word rhodonite comes from the Greek 'rhodon' meaning 'rose' or 'rosy'.  Although sometimes mistaken for rhodochrosite, the confusion is usually because of the similarity of the two names.

Although classed as a medium sized tumbled stone size can from piece to piece.  We also have rhodonite crystals from Russia and a smaller crystal from Mozambique.
