Colourful Fluorite Sphere
A wonderfully colourful fluorite sphere, slightly larger than other fluorite spheres in our collection.
The first three photos were taken with natural daylight from an adjacent window. The remaining photos were taken with natural daylight lights.
The colours of fluorite are best appreciated when the mineral is illuminated. This translucent, premium-grade sphere is an exceptional piece.
Although it may be tempting to display fluorite close to a sunny window, colours may fade when exposed to UV light for long periods.
Creating any crystal sphere requires an incredible amount of skill, but fluorite can be particularly difficult because it chips and fractures easily.
