Clear Quartz Crystal Point - Short and Chunky
This short, terminated quartz crystal boasts exceptional clarity and some interesting inclusions.
When the point is viewed from certain angles, a distinctive reddish inclusion is visible. It can be seen in our last photo.
The quartz also has some natural, internal surface-reaching fractures. On the back and on one side, a hairline indentation can be felt. This is not a polishing issue or a crack, but comes from the internal fractures.
A unique quartz crystal tower, cut and polished from quartz mined in Brazil. Due to lighting and internal reflections, quartz does not always appear fully transparent in photographs, even when it's completely clear.
Quartz is the world's most diverse mineral in terms of varieties, colours and forms, due to its abundance and widespread distribution.
Although relatively hard, it is brittle and can chip or fracture quite easily.
