Pink Rhodonite Pendant
Pretty rhodonite pendant featuring a pink coloured gemstone. The cabochon has been mounted in a handmade sterling silver setting.
Rhodonite is often confused for another pinkish red coloured stone called rhodochrosite. Visually the two are quite different but the names are very similar. Both come from the Greek word 'rhodon' meaning 'rose' in reference to their colour.
This rhodonite pendant has been slightly reduced because of a minor imperfection in the way it has been crafted. Had it not been mentioned I'm fairly sure the imperfection would not have been noticed.
