Zebra jasper is a type of marble from Rajasthan, India. Although believed to be the only place in the world where it's found, there's another very similar-looking stone called zebra marble that comes from Utah in the United States.
The chemical composition of the two materials is believed to be slightly different.
Very few gemstones exist with this colouring.
This striking, comfortably lightweight zebra jasper pendant was crafted by hand in a simple sterling silver setting.
