Blue topaz faceted gemstones with a concave cut. This type of faceting involves cutting facets that curve inwards to scatter more light towards the centre of the stone.
Gemstones cut in this way tend to be lighter in weight because a considerable amount of material is lost. Cutting concave facets is time-consuming and complicated but the end result is really quite impressive. All workmanship is completely entirely by hand.
Cutting concave facets into blue topaz is particularly difficult. Despite being a relatively hard mineral it's also very fragile. Stones can chip, fracture and break very easily.
Please check weights and sizes carefully before confirming your purchase. Some stones have more depth than others.
The weight of each gemstone is listed in grams. Carat weight is in brackets. Sizes are measured in centimetres.
Each entry represents one single blue topaz gemstone. We only have one of each weight/size available so please do not increase the quantity of any one stone.
