This premium-grade blue topaz gemstone has a concave cut. This style of cut features long, curved facets that scatter light towards the centre of the gemstone.
Topaz with this style of cut is lighter because a considerable amount of material is lost. Cutting concave facets is labour-intensive and complicated, but the result is impressive.
