Spectacular Larimar Polished Gemstone
Larimar is a rare and beautiful material that can only be found in the Las Filipinas mine in the Dominican Republic.
Only a limited amount is exported. The vast majority is sold within the Dominican Republic.
This larger sized larimar gemstone was one of only a few pieces that we had cut for us from a large piece of rock that we purchased.
A wonderfully translucent piece that's been finely polished on the front and around the edges. The back which is flat is unpolished.
Stones of this size and quality are extremely rare.
