Chunky Blue Chalcedony

Subtle blue chalcedony pendant crafted in a fine sterling silver setting.  This highly polished stone has a vitreous lustre and because of its shape, reflects light from every angle.

With the stone being translucent and having such delicate colour, the shade changes depending on the amount of light present.

Although white in its purest form, the vast majority of chalcedony occurs with impurities of other minerals.  These cause a wide variety of different colours.

This blue chalcedony pendant has been crafted by hand in a fine sterling silver setting.

The reason for it being reduced is because there's a round mark on the back of the stone.  This was caused by a sticky label that should never have been there in the first place. Despite all our efforts we have not been able to remove it with a non chemical solution.  The mark is not at all visible when the pendant is being worn.
