Marquise Shaped Rhodonite Pendant

Rhodonite pendant featuring a beautiful pink cabochon.  Crafted in a hand-made sterling silver setting, it makes an elegant and unique piece of jewellery. 

Although once used as an ore of manganese, today rhodonite is used primarily as a lapidary material and the finest grade specimens are highly sought after by collectors.  Although crystals do occur they're extremely rare and rhodonite tends to be found in massive form which means crystals have no definitive shape and occur as one large mass.

Stone Mania has been choosing natural gemstones to transform into ladies pendants for almost twenty years and all of the pieces in our collection have been crafted exclusively for us entirely by hand.  Workmanship is carried out by a small team of artisans with whom we have been working for many years.

When silver gemstone jewellery is not being worn it should be covered with a soft piece of material which will not only help protect the stone but but also minimise any build-up of tarnish on the sterling silver.
