Clear Quartz for Peace and Harmony
Another wonderful example of nature's artwork from our extensive collection of clear quartz.
These elegant quartz crystal points bring a touch of elegance to any space. In crystal healing circles quartz is believed to amplify the energy of a room.
This clear quartz crystal has a minor "imperfection" on the edge of one of its crystal faces. I use the word "imperfection" loosely because natural crystals and minerals are rarely perfect.
Whilst polishing rocks and minerals the aim is to improve the appearance without losing more material than absolutely necessary. For this reason minor anomalies and imperfections will often not be polished out.
These materials are generally not polished as finely as a gemstone or an ornament such as a figurine or other carving. The polishing issue is circled in our last photo. It's three millimetres long.
If being used for its metaphysical healing properties quartz can safely be cleansed in water. It can also be left in the sun for short periods of time however repeated exposure is not recommended.
According to the late Judy Hall author of the Crystal Bible books, crystals with imperfections can have increased energy.
