Labradorite Silver Ring

This is a spectacular piece of Labradorite which exhibits a fascinating 'ghostly sheen' as it picks up the light.  An extremely iridescent gemstone, fine grade Labradorite can boast the most magnificent vivid blue and green colours and this optical phenomenon is known as labradorescence or 'schiller'.  This is not particularly easy to capture in a photo, especially with our limited photography skills, however this piece of Labradorite really is quite impressive.

Perfectly mounted in a chunky, sterling silver setting which was crafted entirely by hand exclusively for Stone Mania, this Labradorite ring is a one off piece and hence not available in any other size.  Its wide shank makes it exceptionally comfortable to wear however silver rings with wider shanks do have a tendency to slide on very easily and then they don't always come off as easy as they went on.  The reason for this is because a suction builds up between the ring and your finger so never force one of these rings on and if you are having difficulty removing it, always use soap to help ease it off.

To avoid the build up of tarnish, we recommend using a silver polishing cloth, silver dips or other chemical cleaning solutions should not be used as they will damage many gemstones including Labradorite.
