Druzy is rarely seen used in jewellery which could possibly be because finding really nice pieces to use is no easy task. The surface of this gemstone is made up of rough crystals which really sparkle as they catch the light. The term Druzy refers to the small crystals which form inside of geodes (rock cavities). Before a rock is broken open, you never know what its going to be like inside hence why really nice pieces can be so difficult to find.
