Black Mother of Pearl is a beautiful natural shell and it's rarely used in ladies jewellery. Like Mother of Pearl it is incredibly iridescent and it exhibits varying amounts of black colour depending on the angle at which it's held. The only reason for this Black Mother of Pearl pendant being reduced is because there is a slight indentation in the surface of the shell which is not a defect but a natural imperfection and whilst we believe it adds character, we appreciate that some may see it as a flaw.
