This lovely piece of Rose Quartz is beautifully translucent which enables you to see the fascinating inclusions within the gemstone which also gives this piece its own character. The pink colouration in Rose Quartz is thought to be caused by manganese, iron or titanium impurities. It is quite a hard gemstone grading 7 on Mohs scale of mineral hardness which makes it perfect for use in jewellery.
