Payment for goods purchased on our website can be made quickly and easily using your own online banking service. Simply select 'Bank Transfer' from the list of payment options during check out and all relevant details to enable you to make your payment will follow.
Alternatively you can make your payment through Barclays Pingit if you have downloaded the app to your mobile telephone. There is no charge for this service and funds are transferred immediately.
If you would like to pay using your credit or debit card, this can be done through PayPal and you do NOT need to have a PayPal account or open one, to do this. Once you are transferred to the PayPal gateway, you will be given the option to make payment as a guest.
Irrespective of which payment method you choose, jewellery purchased from Stone Mania will only be dispatched once all monies have been received and cleared. There is no exception to this rule.
In the event of us having to arrange a refund, monies will always be returned by the same method by which they were received. Refunds through PayPal can take up to ten working days, this is due to the length of time that it takes PayPal to upload funds to a business account.
