Stone Mania

The history of the Assyrian people begins with the rise of the Akkadian Empire during the early Bronze Age period.  They are descended from the Ancient Assyrians of Mesopotamia who in the 7th century BC, controlled the vast Neo-Assyrian Empire which stretched from Egypt and Anatolia, across Mesopotamia to Western Iran.
