Utah is a western state of the United States of America. Vast expanses are virtually uninhabited and the population is the sixth most urbanized in the USA.
The name Utah comes from the Ute language and means people of the mountains. It is bordered by Arizona to the south, Colorado to the east, Wyoming to the northeast, Idaho to the north and Nevada to the west. It also touches a corner of New Mexico.
