Stone Mania

All items purchased through the Stone Mania website should be dispatched within seven working days.  All payments are processed through PayPal .

Items are thoroughly inspected before being dispatched.  Pieces will be delivered in a stylish gift pouch which includes a presentation card with the name of the gemstone that has been purchased.  Further information on each gemstone variety may be found in our gemstone directory.

Orders up to the value of £30.00 will be sent by recorded delivery and those over £30.00 will be sent by special delivery.  In either case a signature should always be requested upon delivery.    

To comply with PayPal guidelines, orders can only be sent to the address which has been registered with PayPal.

Part of all postage fees will be paid by us and the remaining amount will be automatically added to your order.  The amount which will be added is as follows:

Orders up to £30.00 - £2.50

Orders over £30.00 - £3.75

Rates are for postage within the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) and Ireland only.  We are happy to post any item which has been purchased through our website overseas, however please contact us first to confirm the exact postage price.  Postage to the USA can sometimes be discounted due to us travelling there frequently so items may be posted locally.  You can work out the approximate fee for overseas postage here
